Objectives of the project: - to provide students studying various professions with different abilities the opportunity to improve their professional and general skills in the international space, which will ensure better employment opportunities for students and increase their intercultural awareness; - to strengthen the professional and intercultural competences of the staff, which will ensure the quality of professional training and the development of international cooperation.
Vilniaus paslaugu verslo profesinio mokymo centras (VPVPMC) strategically plans the institution's international activities because understands the importance of internationality, realizes that the intercultural competence of employees and learners is a significant part of the competences of a competitive citizen. The VPVPMC international cooperation strategy for 2019-2023 is currently being implemented. One of the goals of the strategy is to expand international cooperation, increasing the international competences of the center's community and the center's competitiveness. This goal is achieved by providing opportunities for learners and employees to go on internships abroad, for lecturers from abroad to come to VPVPMC, so that as many learners and employees as possible gain professional and personal experience in the international space, use the acquired experience to improve the quality of professional education. The application has been submitted to receive funding for internships.
