The project aims to provide the community with the content knowledge and practical skills that will promote environmentally friendly behaviour in the organisation's community and in the work environments where the graduates will be placed, as well as an important but often missing understanding of an environmentally friendly work culture.
Most experts agree that the world is undergoing dangerous climate change. They are having a profound impact on our environment, economy and society. To minimise these impacts, teaching and embedding an environmentally friendly work culture among both employees and students is a major challenge. The project has been initiated in recognition of the fact that the systematic and integrated development of environmentally friendly business management and the teaching of environmentally friendly working practices is one of the priorities of the EU's strategy for sustainable growth and jobs, promoting innovation and green growth. An environmentally friendly work culture is needed in all areas of training: construction, engineering, Energy, automotive repair, logistics and warehousing, office administration and digital technologies. In order to enable employees, students and graduates to develop the competences and knowledge they will need in the near future, and to respond more effectively to the future needs of business and the labour market, a project has been initiated to develop the competences of the Training Centre community in order to introduce an environmentally friendly work culture for the professionals in training.
