The Center, implementing the activities planned in the mobility project application, implemented the goals set out in the International Strategy and the PM Charter application, and the measures provided for in the Action Plan. When implementing project activities, we considered the changes in the International Strategy and Action Plans. During the implementation of the project, we aimed to: - qualitatively organize mobility activities abroad and in your organization; - to include students who have fewer opportunities in the activities of the mobility project; - organize short-term and long-term mobility for students with special educational needs; - integrate the activities carried out during the project (mobility activities, information dissemination, evaluation) into the Center's activity plan and every monthly event plan. - carry out incoming mobility (employees of the business company). - updating the professional competencies of the staff; - creating equal opportunities for all students to gain professional experience in a real workplace in another country and at the same time gaining international experience.
The Kėdainiai Vocational Training Center (Center) develops an environment and culture of internationality and develops relations with interested parties, the development of internationality and international cooperation is systematically included in the Center's strategic plan, and the planning of activities at all levels. The Center's international activities are helpful to and consistent with the institution and are planned and implemented in accordance with the Center's international strategy. The Center's community works in partnership, jointly, and cooperates with the social partners in the region, in Lithuania, and beyond on issues related to the internationalization strategy for the Center's development and also guarantees the consistent improvement of the competencies of the institution's employees. The main needs of the Center are issues of quality assurance of education and development of internationality: to improve personal communication, didactic and subject competencies, to become familiar with comprehensive education methods and technologies; to create methodological instruments that help to adjust and improve the educational process, will increase the accessibility of education for students of various inclinations.
