With this project, we aimed to achieve two goals: 1. Improvement of students' professional abilities, thereby increasing the quality of professional training at the Training Center and ensuring greater employment opportunities for future graduates. Thanks to the project, students' curiosity and desire to improve by adopting the good experience of other countries in their future work is encouraged. 2. Improving the competences of teachers/staff of the profession. It was planned that thanks to the project, employees will gain knowledge about the latest technological processes, learn to perform modern technological operations, try work with various materials and the most modern technological equipment. After returning, they will pass on their knowledge to the students, who will later become employees of companies in that area. It is important for teachers to familiarize themselves with the latest technologies used in production and business, so that they can pass on the best experience to students and train good employees. Administrative staff will go to get acquainted with conflict management during classes, search for funding sources, intricacies of project organization, possibilities of developing a network of contacts, deepen knowledge and share experience.
