Objectives

The project had key 6 objectives which we consider were fully achieved throughout the project, the objectives were: - To provide tools for young people to develop their soft skills and take their ideas into action -> tools provided during the youth exchange were business canvas model, best negotiating practice model, Erasmus for young entrepreneurs programme and its presentation, etc. - To find the ways to adapt adequately to the labor market's needs -> participants got to know the realities in each participating country, also, they had a chance to work in their national groups and find out about entrepreneurship in their countries (programs, funding opportunities, etc.) - To develop entrepreneurship skills of young people from 6 countries -> the project involved participants from 6 countries and during various activities throughout 7 days participants developed their entrepreneurship skills. - To gain knowledge about opportunities of Erasmus+ (and Erasmus for young entrepreneurs) -> during the youth exchange participants had a workshop about Erasmus+, Youthpass Certificate and Erasmus for young entrepreneurs, also, we had questions/answers session. - To enhance youth activism and sense of initiative -> during the project participants were divided into various teams and were given different tasks which helped them to develop skills such as responsibility, creativity, sense of initiative and many more. - To promote European cooperation in the field of youth -> participants developed new project ideas, some of them are thinking to apply it in the near future with the help of their sending organisation.
