The main goal of this project was to encourage the participants to look at their future employment from a new perspective. Also, to make them aware that seeking for a job or inventing one does not necessarily have to be a painful process. This project aimed to use the innovative music-based methods that we at ReAct developed and blend them into a program that will help young people to understand that finding the dream job is not so complicated as it seems, that it is all related to the point of view and the attitude that we have towards a certain topic. The non-formal based workshops were leading the participants starting from the personal aspect, pitching themselves to an audience/potential employer and finding the analogy with composing/songwriting. The objectives of this project were to introduce various workshops that use music as a tool to inspire the participants to increase, improve and make a better use of their soft skills. The project had also workshops that had the objective to give practical know how for writing a Europass CV and similar tasks that make young people attractive on the job market.
