Outdoor plus is an intercultural Youth exchange for youngsters from different European countries. This year the participating countries were Austria/Liechtenstein, Finland, Luxemburg, Rumania and Spain. We want the youngsters to feel the quality of the cultural divercity of Europe. The are able to get to know the differences and similarities of their countries. The can see that in the end we are all European. One main goal is to help the youngsters to get to know their competences and their strength. We want them to become independent and self-confident young adults. We are constantly trying to involve our non-formal education, so we can do our best in supporting the youngsters.
