By participating in the selected training courses abroad, the school planned to improve the staff's personal international experience, provide an opportunity to improve and use a foreign language, as well as to ensure the acquisition of the necessary competencies, training, and knowledge, improve the teachers' understanding of other cultures and teaching methods used in other countries. This in turn would help introduce changes in the school environment and the daily work of the school staff (teachers and support team), promote the development of the school, and the introduction of new approaches to create a favorable and modern environment in the school.
The main long-term goal of the school is to create a favorable and modern school environment.Project was applied for the purpose of improving staff competence in the use of foreign languages,providing an opportunity for staff to gain experience from the teaching methods of different European countries,with participation in training courses and events abroad,which in turn will help to collect the experience of other countries,improving the competences of the staff and applied training,education and conflict resolution methods in the school.Was necessary to promote:1)the personal experience of the school staff,improving awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries;2)professional knowledge of: intercultural learning and socially inclusive methods,21st century teaching methodology/methods(develop cross-subject/interdisciplinary teaching using both new ICT IT and learning outside the classroom);3)improve linguistic competences in order to communicate in a foreign language both with foreign colleagues and specialists,with pupils immigrating from abroad and their parents,i.e. with learning disabilities;as well as 4)reduce the lack of international experience of teachers of newly introduced subjects(such as "Theatre Art").
