Gulbene's regional secondary school and the education system of Latvia are in an active period of change, which is associated with many challenges. It is necessary to supplement theoretical knowledge, but it is even more essential to acquire practical knowledge that allows to understand better the basis of these theories and possible application, solution. The aim of the project is to support the school team in this period of change, providing them with international experience for inspiration and encouragement, as well as to build a more cohesive team, promoting a safe environment for practice-based discussions and to create, as far as possible, an appropriate both mental and physical environment. We want to increase employees' knowledge about the basic principles of the new learning approach and how they work in other countries, where these methods have been used for a long time, in order to strengthen confidence in the positive aspects of this approach.
