The main goal of the project is to promote the "retention" of teachers and students in the educational institution. To help and improve the skills of pedagogues for working in the classroom with students with different learning rates and levels of emotional intelligence through positive teaching, promoting students' acquisition of education and inclusion in the labor market as a qualified young person.
The relevance of the project - professional development of teachers - new work forms and approaches, as well as the use of competencies in working with students according to the specifics of school work. Students enter the school with different pace of learning, level of social-emotional intelligence, so it is a big challenge for the teacher to work in such classes. New approaches, forms of work, innovative methods, experience gained from colleagues in European educational institutions were desirable in order to organize the most effective and motivating educational process. The achievable result is to provide young people with different learning rates and levels of emotional intelligence with knowledge and professional skills appropriate for the modern labor market.
