Background

Participation in Erasmus+ mobility projects provides Bulduri Horticulture School with international cooperation with other European vocational schools and companies, which ensures the school's internationalisation process, participation in various international projects and networks, and raises the school's prestige and visibility in both Latvian and European contexts. The participation of teachers and staff in the project promotes international experience, which enhances professionalism, broadens horizons, develops creativity, motivates teachers to improve existing curricula and develop new ones, as well as to create competitive study programmes. Students' participation in mobility projects enables them to develop professionally in order to be competitive on the European labour market and motivated to continue their education after finishing school. Through the Erasmus project, school teachers will gain experience that will be useful for their core work and will be more actively involved in the development and implementation of international projects.
