In the project, we expected that the students will get to know the work culture of different countries, expand their horizons, get to know different differences of national cultures, learn many new and innovative values in practice, which are not always possible to learn in school. The participants of the project will gain a lot of professional knowledge, will strengthen their language knowledge and communication skills, which in turn will help our students to start working relationships in Latvia, after graduation and to develop the regions in the long term.
The project "International practice for a successful career" was written with the main goal of promoting a more complete learning of the chosen profession of technical school students, raising the level of professional knowledge and improving the level of professional competence and skills. Practice in the European international labor market gives the participants the opportunity to familiarize themselves with work requirements abroad, promotes the acquisition of new skills and reduces the risk of stopping studies prematurely.
