The goal of project mobilities is to strengthen professional knowledge in the industry, gain international experience, improve and diversify language and cultural competence, acquire skills, abilities and competences that would promote the personal and professional development of project participants, the employment of learners and opportunities to enter the European labor market. As a result of the implementation of the activities, the order and quality of the practice organization was improved, cooperation between institutions was promoted, and the participants' knowledge and skills were improved. The professional and personal skills that students and teachers of Ventspils Tehnikums acquired while abroad provided valuable and unique experience, which is essential for their career growth and increasing competition.
The project was developed in accordance with Ventspils Tehnikums "Internationalization Strategy for 2019-2025", the purpose of which is to promote the personal growth of learners, pedagogues and teaching staff, improve learning and teaching skills, increase the level of knowledge of foreign languages, promote inclusion in the international labor market and increase Ventspils Recognition and prestige of the technique. The activities of the project were planned with the aim of strengthening Ventspils Tehnikums competences in organizing international internships, expanding opportunities for cooperation in student training, supplementing opportunities for applying the skills acquired at the school, and promoting the results of the students' educational achievements.
