The general goal of the "Bring the Magic in Volunteering" project was to raise the quality of the implementation of volunteer work projects and promote quality improvement in work with youth, especially by improving cooperation between youth work organizations and/or other stakeholders. Various voluntary work projects have been implemented for several decades, both locally active and international, and in recent years such projects have been implemented in the European Solidarity Corps program. It is important to continuously improve the quality of such projects, because both situations and organizations change, and young volunteers are also different than in previous years. This is happening especially rapidly in the 21st century, and through such projects it is important to provide the opportunity for young people to develop the necessary skills of the 21st century: problem solving, skillful decisions and cooperation, critical thinking, etc. The skills of youth workers have been developed for the implementation of high-quality free-lance work projects, which will better help solve current local challenges, actualize European values in the local society and will be based on the NFI Principles. In this project, we deeply evaluated the volunteer work project from both sides - the organization and the volunteer. What challenges do organizations and volunteers face? How to involve volunteers in the day-to-day life of the organization and make them feel part of the organization? As a volunteer learning process and their personal growth? How can organizations better achieve their goals? How to add "magic" to volunteer projects? What could these "magic touches" be and how to ensure the entire project during implementation? Project has following goals: • Promote awareness of volunteer work projects and the quality of their implementation, both in ESC and in other local and in international programs; • Using NFI methods to develop participants' personal and professional competences for further work with volunteers and in the implementation of volunteer work projects; • Analyze the work with young volunteers through the prism of projects and develop new approaches to work with volunteers for young people in the context of projects; • To share personal experiences on the implementation of the volunteer work project and to exchange good practices and failures in voluntary work projects; • Evaluate the impact of volunteer work projects on organizations and discuss new, more effective volunteer engagements and recruitment opportunities in organizations; • Generally promote quality improvement in work with youth and cooperation between organizations by promoting partner organization sustainability. Through various activities, participants developed skills to be able to provide better quality volunteer work projects that could bring about positive and "magical" changes for both volunteers and organizations. At the end of the training course, useful material was developed - worksheets, which serve as support material for identifying volunteers' conscious learning experiences, maintaining and promoting motivation, recording challenges and benefits, etc. safe for recording questions.
