The objective of project "Turn On Your Green Vision" was to work together and to look for ways how to motivate people to look at everyday life with greener comprehension. Or, in other word, to turn on their "green vision". The title of this project is a wordplay - vision can mean both sight and understanding of something or vision. Participants wanted to motivate other people to evaluate their everyday habits and to change them, so that their impact on environment was as small as possible. In order to fulfill this objective, participants explored together different methods, that everyone can easily use in their everyday life in order to live environment friendly. All activities were carried out according to three steps: Learning - Trying - Passing On. The objectives of this project: - young people learn and share experience about zero-waste and up-cycling; - participants create tutorial videos how to create useful for pets things from scratch; - participants collect myths and facts about recycling; - participants plan and prepare activities for pupils from Liepaja schools and inhabitants of Kumanovo; - participants improve different skills and competences, including social, foreign language and cooperation. There were 2 exchanges in this project, they both complete each other: the first one was focused on generation of less waste through environment friendly habits, the second - generation of less waste through reuse and up-cycling of things. Taking care of environment is important aspect of both exchanges. As a result of both exchanges participants are ready to actively get involved into promotion of environment friendly habits in their communities. As the implementation of the project was significantly affected by the constraints of the covid-19 pandemic, as a result of which the original project developers could not participate in the exchanges, all the planned activities could not be fully implemented. Instead, other, similar activities were carried out, which allowed to achieve the goal of the project.
