The project was designed to address the following problems: Lack of facilitation skills among group or individual growth trainers, which reduces the opportunities to fully utilize the vast internet resources of bonding activity descriptions; Insufficient self-sustainability of non-governmental organizations, which reduces their chances of survival in a changing environment and their chances of ensuring stable long-term development; Lack of understanding of group dynamics and individual needs, which often leads to failed groups/teams within organizations, schools, and companies that can lead to unaccomplished goals, learning difficulties, or impoverished business. The project aims to train 24 new leaders, youth workers, who will have the skills, knowledge, and attitude to successfully overcome the aforementioned problems using non-formal education methods.
