As a school we tend to continuously improve the teaching staff and provide students with European standards and dimensions of education for equal human rights and a democratic society. Students seem to be less motivated every day to learn pure contents in fast changing society, and more in need for skills for building their life path and professional careers. At the same time, teachers often feel they lack effective tools to educate nowadays’ learners and, at the same time, to deal with nowadays’ school curricula. There are few reasons why the school applies for this project, but one of the most important one is the inability to realize our objectives without taking part in international training courses. Our school is trying to improve the process of teaching and learning, creating a positive and friendly environment for the teachers and students, build open and tolerant relationships within the institution, implement new methodologies and effective tools in the process of teaching, and having teachers that would help students become European citizens aware of the diversities, confident and ready to actively participate in the society. We have started implementing a plan for Internationalisation, while building networks of educational institutions that will enable students enroll to European Universities.
