We successfully achieved the following overall objectives: - Encouraging our staff's participation in international projects, exchanges, trainings, seminars, and events; - Providing international practical training opportunities for students from tourism vocations; - Supporting students from vulnerable backgrounds and those who excel academically; - Enhancing the staff's professional knowledge and skills through practical and relevant training; - Strengthening the language competences of the teaching and management teams involved in international activities; - Improving intercultural competences among employees and students; - Enhancing the ICT skills of staff and students; - Fostering entrepreneurial abilities among employees and students.
The project fulfilled the requirement of providing our students and teachers with professional practice and development in European Union member states. In addition, the mobilities included in the project enabled the participants to familiarize themselves with the work standards, procedures, advanced techniques, and trends in the tourism industry of highly developed touristic country. This exposure equipped them with valuable knowledge and standards that they can share with their colleagues and students in our school and other schools in Macedonia that teach this vocation.
