Background

The trainees participating in the project gained training in a specific and innovative subject in a physiotherapist method called Halliwick, in another country which they presented when returning to the other trainees. Students of the participating schools are not teaching this method in the school so it is very important to meet the method and get knowledge useful in their professional life as assistances of physiotherapy. The experiences that participants get, in addition to their professional skills, include knowledge that facilitates their personal development, enhances the attractiveness of vocational education and mobility, and new cultural, social, economic, and other contexts. The transfer of good practice will be adopted by the schools at all levels such as training, implementation of new programs, teaching, internships, learning methods, organization of laboratories, and purchase of consumables, educational material, and equipment covering the new needs. Staff in addition to formal qualifications will leverage through contact with European actors and other forms of technical and social skills such as initiative, flexibility, sense of responsibility, and communication skills that will make a decisive contribution to the reform of schools and thus the institution.
