The rapid social development, the digitization, the changing social trends and the development of each generation, require changes and adjustments to the educational system and its continuous development. This process encompasses all stakeholders in education, including the teachers and the civic society organizations that are working in the field of education. Hence, educational in North Macedonia is not adequately adapted to teach students skills and practices rather than theory and outdated methodologies. In this context LEAD as a non-profit organization, designs educational programs that help young people and people working with youth (teachers and youth workers) to reach their potential and contribute to society. In order to increase the effects of our work we recognize the need for continuous development of our capacities to work with educational workers and especially the high-school teachers in North Macedonia. Our main need was how to transfer new methodologies and programs from more advanced European countries and institutions in working with high school teachers in North Macedonia.
