This project aims to promote the training in several sectors, to promote environmental sustainability, to increase their practical application of knowledge through interactive and engaging activities, that will introduce best practices to integrate into their daily work., the employment, growth and development of new skills through mobility experience.
One of the strategic objectives of FACE is to continuously develop and improve the mobilities for the students and staff according to the main needs of the target groups and to adapt the type of learning mobility to the profile of the participants and the learning objectives. The continuous improvement of the mobilities helps the students develop skills and knowledge and a greater understanding of what they are learning, and will motivate students to participate more and learn and acquire new work-related practical skills. It is of huge importance to connect the knowledge of theoretical concepts with skills with a specific occupation in terms of employment and / or choice of further education.
