The overall objectives that we strived and managed to achieve were as follows: - Involvement of our staff in international projects, exchanges, trainings, seminars, events; - Engagement of students from various vocations in international practical training; - Inclusion of students from vulnerable categories; - Inclusion of talented students, students who show excellent results; - Obtaining and developing quality and applicable professional knowledge and skills for the staff; - Increasing the language competences of the teaching staff and management team involved in international activities; - Improvement of inter-cultural competences among employees and students; - Improvement of ICT skills among staff and students; - Developing entrepreneurial abilities among employees and students
This project contributed to meeting the need for our students and teachers to receive professional practice and professional development in member states of the European Union. Furthermore, the mobilities that were part of this project contributed to the need for the participants to get acquainted with the work standards followed in highly developed countries, to experience their work procedure, new and more sophisticated techniques and trends in the textile industry and medical care, ways of work, as well as standards that they can pass on to students and colleagues in our and other schools in Macedonia, who educate students in these professions.
