Objectives

Through the project we wanted to train school administration members and staff in STEAM education who would then train other members of staff by using SDP days, curricular hours and peer to peer training. This would lead to integrate better different subjects across the curriculum and improve teaching, learning and also get better results in Maths and Science. This project would also help empowerment of educators and seek new collaboration with other entities around Europe.

Background

We applied for this project to: y - train staff in STEAM education to innovate the current strategies and policies at our school - to use STEAM education to integrate different subject from the Curriculum and get better results in Maths and Science - be able to work on peer to peer training instead of having the usual formal training - arrange activities and improve cooperation with different entities around the European Union
