The objectives are to: 1. Facilitate learning for ITS Students in order to provide them with the best learning experience. 2. Achieve learning across a wide range of areas which will assist with personal and career development; 3. Provide a basis for assessing the learning process that the student has achieved; 4. Encourage students to take on their own initiative to learn and develop their skills and information in order to make sure that they are well prepared when they go and work within the industry; 5. Be exposed to a multicultural environment which is synonymous to the industry as well as a context in which the new campus will be operating in.
The Institute of Tourism Studies applied for this Erasmus+ KA102 project to build upon the success of the previous traineeship mobilities and provide its students with enhanced learning opportunities, cultural experiences, and skill development. Additionally, the institution aims to strengthen its international partnerships with the industry, elevate its reputation, and support the personal and professional growth of its students.
