Since all of the partners are science centers, we are all interested in the STEM field and the 21st century skills, a category of talents that is constantly expanding and includes cross-disciplinary skills, which are essential for today's students and workers. For these organizations to continue serving society and to bring the general public closer to science in daily life, science communication is crucial. Our team would be able to communicate science in the most interactive way possible while integrating 21st century skills into their working environment by working with other scientific centers to send staff from our center to receive training from professionals in the STEM area. Through this project Esplora obtained the below competencies: a) Improved and extended the staff in the understanding and competences in connection to the area of 21st century skills through STEM b) Science Education: Esplora shares relevant, engaging and accurate information with our visitors through our exhibits and activities. c) Scientific Hub for the Community: Esplora provides a space to explore a wide range of scientific topics including: meet the scientist and science enthusiast to verify; share the latest scientific developments whilst upholding core scientific values and adhering to the highest ethical standards. d) Science Communication: Esplora fosters dialogue to bridge the gap between the scientific community and the general public, to improve the public’s appreciation, of science and show the impact and relevance of science in our daily lives. Background

Esplora is aware of the significance of keeping updated with STEM developments in 21st century skills. Additionally, our organization is constantly looking for opportunities for cooperation and mobility across Europe. Esplora considers that exchanging best practices and experiences is one of the finest ways to increase employee capacity and provide them with further training, and it also keeps our Core Ideology and Operations up to date. This enhances Esplora's current status, ensuring its relevance and comparability to other non-formal VET providers across Europe. The significance of this important action is to anticipate having a favorable and enduring impact on the participating organizations, participants, and other potential participants with the organization. Technical and job skills play a crucial role in jobs in science. Esplora hopes to advance and raise employee understanding of the value of VET in science communication with this Erasmus+ application. Esplora strives to make all it does relevant, current, aligned with the essential skills and demands required in today's job market. Thus in order to up-skill our staff in the area of non-formal VET in the field of science communication, Esplora decided to apply for Erasmus+ Key Action 1 VET staff mobility. Thirteen staff members benefitted from the mobilities implemented through the project. Traditional skills are insufficient in this technology age, thus social and emotional learning (SEL), such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities, is required to be included on the list of today's top employment criteria. This social and emotional competence, when coupled with conventional sills, will provide the necessary competences in the evolving digital economy. These days, coworkers should strive to cooperate, communicate, and resolve issues via the use of the abilities that people have acquired through social and emotional learning. There is a growing diversity of skills. There is a distinction between the talents that people learn and the more obvious skills; where students must acquire the information and knowledge necessary to succeed. Knowledge and skills are also transferred from our center to the hosting organizations during the mobility of staff to the other centers. The planned conversations and activities have enabled our personnel to exchange thoughts and experiences regarding our center. By participating in internationalisation projects, we also want to support cutting-edge digital practices like augmented reality and virtual reality in other important areas. These digital tools represent a cutting-edge method of providing non-formal education.
