This project idea was built on and designed to address the modern non-formal educational and social needs of disadvantaged young people: young people who have not succeeded in their school life, experiencing frustration and the need to find new ways to get out of deadlocks linked to the past, to the future in a creative way. Music and its methods seems to be, since ancient times, a good way to find harmony, contributing to balance and reach spiritual progress. In addition, in different moments of life man expresses himself through myth and music, while music based education produces noble and cultured citizens, internationalists and advocates of multiculturalism. What is more, a stable and creative culture must know its traditions, be able to project and improve it till the end of years. In a millennial Europe, in a melting pot of civilizations, we must meet our fellow citizens, educate them in their values and strengthen our ties, both in cognitive and social terms. This project therefore linked history and culture, unites people, fosters peace and cooperation, promoted the European ideal, and discoved new musical ideas and values useful to citizens with fewer opportunities. Our musicians are used to deal with matters of traditional music, so we have developed a international network of communication with various musicians and we are constantly moving on actions around the following topics: - Free access to youngsters facing fewer opportunities; - Promoting youth activism and active citizenship among young people and informing youth about all the opportunities they have available; - Innovative methods in non-formal education, in particular what creativity through Music is concerned; - Fight Early School Leaving; - Development of professional and leadership skills among people; - Common use of European traditional music and cultural heritage; - Music as a tool for gender equality; - Participate in creating customized solutions; - Exploitation and promotion of the project's results. To sum up, with the participation of many new people from other countries, we will find the fit time and space to play music, make arts, feel good together and send positive messages to others in the community
