Background

The Lentiz educational group has innovative, high-quality education as its starting point, with education preparing students for a place in our(increasingly global) society. A society with actors who expect them to be interculturally competent, involved in their living environment(sustainability/inclusion), highly independent and manage in the digital world. To offer such education, it is necessary for staff to have knowledge and skills in line with this ambition. Gaining knowledge/skills and experiences in an international setting is key to developing education that prepares students for our global world. Internationalisation is not an end in itself, but an important means to achieve the goal. The project offers staff the opportunity for targeted professionalisation in line with the identity and needs of the school site and in line with the needs and wishes of the staff. Besides knowledge, Lentiz wants to expand and strengthen its international networks in order to be able to offer an international experience to more and more students and employees in the future.
