Objectives

In order for students to have an international experience, and to organize international activities, our teachers need professionalization, after all "you can't put students first if you put teachers last". This international mobility for teachers has given them the experience to master world citizenship themselves. By doing so, teachers set an example to our students. In addition, teachers have gained insights into tools and methods that contribute to an optimal learning environment. A safe, relevant and inspiring environment where more attention is paid to soft skills. The mobility has contributed to more ownership by teachers about their own development.

Background

We want to connect our education to social issues, to the challenges, of the world. We want to connect to the SDGs in our education and learning in an international context is an important starting point. In this way, students can see and experience that what they learn contributes to a safer and sustainable world. Students are more motivated to learn, there is less resistance and students get inspired by working on interesting (international) issues.
