With the allocation of a new regional contract 'De beste taaltrajecten' take you further in the Rijnmond region, a transition had to be made to more flexibility: continuous intake, different pace, different exit goals and different levels of learnability and knowledge of the Dutch language. We had to work with a modular lesson offer and personalized work. Not only the methodology of personalized learning had to be mastered, but also a new way of supervision, organizing a modular lesson offer, registration of progress and ofcourse the methodology and didactics.
