The objectives of the project were to develop an increased knowledge and understanding of European (and intercultural) understanding, values and identity. Create more international cooperation on an individual (student and staff) level and on an organizational level through international partnerships. Specifically for capacity building of teachers the focus on new teaching and learning approaches. During the pandemic the importance of international cooperation and international inter-depence grew.
Supporting mobility of students and staff is critical for the development of internationalization at ROCMN. The KA1 funds are an important tool in achieving the overall strategy of the organisation on internationalisation and provides direct support to individual students and staff that would otherwise probably not be able to participate. The availability of KA1 funds is also an important that European and national authorities take internationalization of VET seriously and are willing to commit funds. This supports the broad activities on this subject within the organisation and also legitimizes this to the outside world.
