As in the previous calls that fell under the Erasmus+ programme 2015-2021, the goals in the current call were in line with the objectives in our Erasmus+ plan which was drawn up to obtain the charter. The following goals were therefore achieved. 1. Closer alignment on common goals and better benefit from each other's expertise within the consortium. 2. More active involvement in mobility of students at levels 1 and 2, thereby increasing social inclusion. 3. In addition to the acquisition of professional skills and 21st Century skills, extra attention to world citizenship and cultural heritage via the optional subject Internationalisation II. 4. Sharper objectives for staff mobility. 5. Further alignment with the European Skills Agenda.
The consortium partners attach great importance to learning abroad. Experiences and knowledge gained by our students & staff during their trips abroad are second to none. Our consortium has recognised the importance of international learning for many years. We therefore apply for an Erasmus+ KA1 project every year. This application is in line with the common objectives of all consortium members and the Erasmus Plan. We continued to work on harmonising the approaches and ambitions in our consortium. The merger between Wellant, Citaverde and Helicon to form Yuverta accelerated this and also redefined and emphasised the value of the cooperation between Yuverta and Lentiz, which began in 2007. After merging, the collaboration remained fruitful. And after Covid-19, many of the mobilities were implemented as yet, this went smoothly. However, because of Covid-19, fewer students and staff abroad were able to gain experience from this project than we would have liked. As consortium partners, we looked for alternatives to highlight internationalisation in the courses, such as setting up e-twinning projects or offering parts of the course bilingually.
