In this way they increase their self-confidence and broaden their horizons. Through international mobility, students are confronted with other cultures, increasing their knowledge of their own and other cultures and further developing the ability to look at things from different perspectives. Immediately after their return from abroad experience, this professional development will be recognizable and this will undoubtedly have a positive effect during their time at school and during their internship(s) and work. Due to international mobility, they are confronted with other educational and professional contexts, so that they can develop their soft skills (speaking a foreign language) and hard skills (working with certain equipment, different curriculum) are developed. These skills are valuable in a variety of professional contexts.

Internationalization of the labor market is a reality for every profession and every level of education. Skills die internationalization can be developed including soft skills, hard skills and an international orientation. Goal 3: To broaden and deepen the international orientation of our teachers on the subject and profession, so that they can increase their knowledge of both the dominance of the profession for them training as of their own profession in countries, whereby this knowledge can be embedded in the teaching material offered by the teacher upon their return.
