Objectives

The main objectives of Entrepreneurs'ABC to create a more realistic and collaborative relationship about the professionls working in the youth field and the business sector. As the labour market changes it Will be an advantage for both side (business World and youth field) that they know what to expect from eachother. They can support a lot Young people and the economy once the expectations are clear. Also the fast changes of the labour market requires new methods in learning as well. We - and also young people - will need different type of knowledge and adaptability. We want to put the focus on skill development (instead of knowledge/data based Education) and with up-to-date knowledge make sure the professionals can give a full support to young people. They also need to see clear the situation and the opportunities. We aim to boost collaborations between the sectors - exchange knowledge and expereinces and see what can be adapted from sector to an other. Second of all we want to give new and useful tools and knowledge into youth fields' professionls' hands in order they can give a full support for young people. The labour market is changing fast and new skills are requried being an entreprenuer is still a new and "scary" option for many young people. We aim to help them, encourage them and give them up-to-date, innovative knowledge so they can start to build a new and more sustainable (both financially and environmentally) future for all of us. Our future is in their hand - and we need to support them with all what we can. We want to provide platform for discussions and new solutions how to connect the business and NGO field, how we can support eachother and put into the focus the new generation. We want to achive a more open society, where young people are able to start up on their idea can bring new opportunities also for others. We aim to encourage youth workers/trainers to learn more, to share their knowledge and experience how is it to start a business so they can show emphaty and undersanding to their target group as well.
