With this project, we empowered and encouraged young people to develop various skills and attitudes in order to increase their employability chances by providing them with an opportunity to learn and experience different methods of non-formal education. The objectives of the youth exchange were: - to raise awareness about the problems of youth unemployment by exploring its reasons and challenges as well as the social, political and economic consequences of it on our societies - to improve the participants' skills and competencies needed for their personal and professional development - to provide a space for sharing of experiences and good practices in the employability matter - to promote non-formal education as an added value to employment; - to raise awareness about the importance of solidarity, tolerance and to foster intercultural understanding between people of different origins; - to empower young people to actively participate in youth projects, volunteer and pursue the development of themselves; - to promote the Youthpass as a tool for the recognition of non-formal competences
