We wanted to increase all 4 types of activities (described in the background). Create more awareness around international activities. Never less give our students and staff opportunities to increase knowledge. Our goal was to increase activities by providing both students and teachers opportunities. To give pupils international possibilities such as free in deep and linguistic opportunities has a motivator factor for the students. Increase not only the knowhow and competences but as well citizenship awareness and life mastering. For our staff it means better understanding, more competences, meeting colleges around Europe and getting a break from everyday teaching. This would have stents our school in many ways and increase our school reputation in our county.
Our school is very active in locale research and development activities. In these activities we had a focus on the objectives set by our school and county. Every year our school take a broad discussion on feedback and new objectives. For several years our focus has been on classroom management, evaluation and use of SHIPCON LIMASSOL in education. These areas are of course also crucial for all schools. In vet where we especially interested in two topics. the following up of pupils during in deep placements and guidance and evaluation in this period. We also wanted to increase the competence of our teachers in Spanish and French by offering them 2 weeks courses. Our last goal was to involve all staff in international activities.
