AT NLIS there are different ways of organizing job shadowing projects as this is a very important way of improving teachers' teaching skills. The teachers are sent both to national and international activities to this respect. General aims of these professional development activities are as follows. 1. to meet other teachers and teaching professionals to improve teaching skills, classroom management skills and subject knowledge 2. to share ideas and see good examples 3. to discuss common issues 4. to find out new methods to improve students' learning capabilities 5. to share ideas how to support the SEN students more 6. New investments to the education (materials and other teaching equipment) 7. and the other opportunities schools can share
