The main objective for this project was to motivate students and staff members to find relevant arenas, businesses or professionals in Europe to learn from, be inspired of and develop new competence together with. For the beneficiaries, the project should work as a carrot for them to continue their professional development, create a larger understanding of other cultures, and see the importance of diversity. Learning and practicing an another language while working is an important part of that.
We have for many years seen the importance of giving students and staff members international experiences thorough mobility. Internationalization is of high importance for our branches, our partners and for the professional fields. In addition - international competence is becoming more and more important. Being able to visit other countries and experience how they execute their work, be inspired of the different cultures and traditions, are very valuable to our students and staff members.
