Objectives

* To spread the idea that an adventure can be created in your immediate surroundings if you know how. This is the trend of urban exploration applied to a natural/rural setting, with local knowledge, and should be applicable anywhere. * To spread the idea that this is an accessible low-entry way to promote active lifestyle, social inclusion, preventive and therapeutic mental health, for individuals and groups alike. * To enhance reconnection with nature and people. * To promote awareness of sustainable use of nature and sustainable experiences. * To empower and enable youth to take initiative, master skills, overcome obstacles, and let go of prejudice. * To enhance the curiosity, inquisitiveness, creativity, problem-solving mindsets of the participants. * To inspire and empower 55 young people from 11 different countries to be active change-makers in their communities. * To develop the skills in communication, multilingualism, cultural insight, international teamwork, and public speaking of our 55 participants. * To increase the cooperation, deepen and develop friendship between 11 participating NGO's from 11 countries * To show 55 participants how to use active and non-formal methods creatively with e.g. theatre sports, treasure hunts, escape rooms, and expeditions to make other young people active in their local communities. * To familiarise our 55 participants with the Erasmus Plus Programme, key competences, and how to use the Youthpass certificate in learning and careers. * To connect youngsters and organisations with similar interests, and lay the foundation for a network to work with these topics and develop an “Adventurer's toolbox”-methodology. * To return the hospitality of old friends, meet new ones, introduce people in our local community and network to the opportunities of Erasmus Plus, and locally combat the deep Norwegian Euro-scepticism by evoking excitement and multiculturalism.
