Main objective of this project was to create a connection between skills we need and skills we have, so that it is easier to enter the labour market with more skills than we had before this project. During the project we had lots of workshops that focused on learning from each other, learning about other cultures, about digital tools that we can use in daily life, what are challenges and opportunities for young people in our countries and we focused on our personal development by creating our own life project that allowed participants to create their desirable future. We also promoted Erasmus+ projects that help people to create supportive and safe environments to be able to do great things, change their lives and make memories that will last a lifetime. We also aimed to: Get intercultural experience by meeting with the people from different countries, cultures, religions to practise tolerance & break stereotypes & prejudices; Increase employability and participation of youth, develop professional skills and increase their efficiency; Encourage to share needs of their community. For this project the main idea was for youngsters to come up with their own games and workshops (with the help of leaders before YE) and lead them. By doing so they gained confidence and they have the ability to do it in future. During our project participants learned how to become a better leader, how to accept our emotions, how to do self assessment and learn from our failures, how to set goals & manage our precious time and how to develop critical and creative thinking, how to step outside of victim thinking and many more. We had workshops and sessions about these topics 1. Teambuilding 2. Formal, non-formal, informal education 3. My active participation 4. Erasmus+ 5. My culture, your culture 6.Digital tools 7.Digital wellbeing 8.NGO fair 9.Challenges and opportunities in my country 10.Who inspires me? 11.Power of reflection 12.Who am I and where am I going. 13.Board games and mind games. 14.Personality tests. 15. Creating a business plan. 16.How to put up your goals? 17.Working on personal projects and later on working on future ERASMUS+ projects. We had sessions about planning our lives. How to make SMART goals, how to use different tools, where to find information, where to find people who encourage us and motivate us.Plus, in pairs we talked about things that excites us, that makes us happy. We wrote them down and then in a bigger group we tried to come up with interesting suggestions for that person's future hobbies, future education or even professional life. We looked at some influencers on facebook and instagram and tried to imagine being one to answer these questions - who do I want to be? What do I want to do with my life? With this youth exchange project we wanted to: 1. encourage youngsters to speak up about how they feel, acknowledge their feelings and work on their communication skills with others; 2. together with them create tools to be happier and more successful and how to achieve it; 3. learn how to do things in international groups, and improve foreign language skills.
