By participating in the project we wanted to: - raise the language skills of the staff to a level that allows them to participate in international projects and communicate with students from abroad and their parents - develop the language skills of 3 foreign language teachers - raise the results of foreign language teaching by at least 20% in internal tests and exams - make changes to all language teaching curricula. - increase the level of employee satisfaction of cooperation and communication in the facility - achieve 1 international project promoting reading and knowledge of European literature for children and young people - increase the number of active readers in the school library by at least 30% - increase the number of teachers using eTwinning to 60% - implement min. 5 eTwinning projects in different subjects during each school year - increase students' motivation to learn, - strengthen European identity among teachers and students - involve at least 1 student in international projects of different types (in the context of the whole period of school attendance), - gain 4 new foreign partners.
After the analysis of the realisation of KA2 Strategic Partnership project and the results of teaching and surveys conducted among students and parents, we defined the key needs of the school in terms of further development and achievement of the main goal which is increasing the innovation and competitiveness of the institution. We considered it necessary to take all actions that would enable us to: - improve the level of language teaching at school - seek creative and innovative solutions - increase the motivation of pupils to learn - increase the level of reading - students do not reach for books other than set books - strengthen the European identity of pupils - because of the location of the school in a rural area, the school is the only place through which pupils can get to know the European Community and its values - increase the level of integration and cooperation of teachers - in 2017 SP merged with a middle school situated 4 km away from the institution, the school operates in both buildings, teachers move between the buildings.
