The main goal of the project was to improve the language competences of our school staff by participating in English language courses. The second objective of the project was to modernise the curricula by participating in courses in international groups, which fosters the exchange of experience. Another goal was to promote openness, tolerance and respect for diversity and to attract new partners to develop international cooperation.
We applied for the project because we wanted to raise the level of English language use among teachers and school staff. Due to the participation of students in professional internships organized under the Erasmus+ program outside the country, there is a need to have staff communicating at least at a basic level in English. We also wanted to increase mobility among teachers and increase the European dimension of schools in the local environment.
