The reason we decided to carry out the project was the need to improve the competences of the staff in order to introduce new methods into educational or therapeutic activities.
1. Development of competencies (knowledge, skills, attitudes) of staff in didactic, pedagogical, therapeutic, educational and caring work, especially with a child with intellectual disability, motor disability, aphasia, autism, autism spectrum disorders. 2. Development of competences of student support teachers and subject teachers in the field of adaptation of forms and methods as well as teaching tools for the above mentioned students. 3. Development of staff competencies in conducting individual classes with pupils with various disabilities and SEN (forms of educational-therapeutic proceedings in the process of revalidation with the use of correction, compensation, individualisation, prevention, as well as support and assistance).
