By participating in the project teachers will increase their skills and competences, they will be better prepared to fulfil their professional duties and motivate young people. Teachers will interact in a real way in building a multicultural society and internationalising education. They will be professional, open, modern and active, and thus the school will provide a high standard of education, which is open to multiculturalism, with the use of experimental methods of education, innovations, innovative digital solutions, promoting European behaviour patterns and science standards. The high quality of education at ZSE will enable students to prepare better for professional work and fulfilling various roles in a multicultural society.
