We wanted to make our institution a community more sensitive to environmental problems and to prepare students to be able to manage available resources in a reasonable and diversified way and use them wisely. Referring to various areas of activity, we wanted to show young people and school employees examples of appropriate pro-ecological activities, such as: resource management, promoting a healthy lifestyle, preventing excessive littering of the environment. The use of appropriate modern teaching techniques and methods required improvement. It is a matter of adapting to the rapidly changing society and the mentality and lifestyle of students. We, as teachers, must be constantly up to date with technological innovations, innovative solutions and work methods.
The project "Zero waste, just gains" was an ecological, didactic and educational project. We have divided it into 7 sections in which students and teachers cooperate. Mobilities were needed to acquire appropriate knowledge, competences and tools enabling the proper functioning of these sections.
