Through the project we wanted to improve the quality of school work by: learning about foreign education systems, methods, techniques, applications used by teachers, observing the organization of educational space, the work of schools, exchanging experiences, using the feedback on our own work from people with different experience (teaching assignment), learning new methods of working with students, e.g. ICT, STEM, CLIL, GLB, PLB, ), looking for inspiration (e.g. STEM, CLIL, experiential teaching, creative writing). We sought international cooperation partners (eTwinning, KA2, PMU POWER). We aimed to develop linguistic and communicative competence by motivating language learning through the creation of opportunities to participate in foreign trips. We aimed to build desirable attitudes by promoting European values: countering xenophobia and building tolerance through learning about different cultures and establishing personal relationships, countering exclusion and building pluralism by learning to include students with special educational needs in class teams, learning democracy, justice and pluralism.
We applied for the project to meet the following defined needs: >Enrichment of the school's educational offer - new methods and tools for working with students (project, experiment, teaching based on experience, critical thinking, games), expanding and refreshing the offer of extracurricular activities (robotics, CLIL, theatre). >Using European projects to motivate language learning and promote European values. >Implementing better measures to integrate students with special educational needs, migrants into class teams, educational work, cooperation with their parents, >Building the school brand on the basis of modern working methods and cooperation: international, with the environment, parents and among teachers.
