Background

The project allowed us to improve the quality of education in three areas. The first was to reorganize teachers' work and implement modern methods of working with students - CLIL and Flipped Classroom. The second was to develop skills of using digital techniques and ICT tools supporting learning. Thirdly, the implementation of the project enabled the development of English language skills, which allowed us to introduce the CLIL method more widely and establish international contacts. The implementation of activating teaching methods helped us to make the classes more attractive, improve the quality of education, and activate students to work in the lessons. Higher digital competences of the staff allowed us to fully use the digital base and ICT tools available at school, increase the attractiveness of lessons, the level of activity in the lessons and prevent the decline in students' motivation to learn. Participation in foreign courses contributed to an increase in motivation to work, the implementation of new digital and methodological solutions and the equalization of educational opportunities for students. As a rural school, we developed our international potential by establishing new contacts with schools in Europe.
