The aim of the project was to: - improving the quality of school work - expanding the educational offer in foreign language education and improving the language competences of our school staff - enriching the knowledge and skills of participants in the field of the most necessary competences of the teacher; - acquiring new skills and experience by teachers and using them in the implementation of planned pedagogical innovations - teachers' mobility for training abroad: mainly for language courses,, ICT courses, but also methodological courses for foreign language teachers. As well as the opportunity to observe in partner institutions in the field of their teaching methods - support for students from backgrounds with low socioeconomic status to reduce the risk of too early school leaving
The purpose of this project was to initiate changes and development of the high school and its staff. To a large extent, we would like, through the mobility planned under the project, to raise the language competence of our staff, including through participation in specialized courses, to be able to develop the sphere of international cooperation, implementing, among other things, projects involving our youth , ensuring their greatest competitiveness in the labor market. The participants were subject teachers and management staff, whose language skills are not sufficient to independently arrange w. international, use the knowledge resources and exchange of experiences , as well as encourage youth to learn languages and engage in transnational initiatives.Acquiring the basics by this group of employees was to enable them to continue learning after returning and enriching their methodological knowledge, which in the long-term perspective that our development plan includes, is crucial. The same goal guided us in the selection of courses to improve ICT competence or the intention to participate in the eTw - unfortunately, this did not succeed for us through the pandemic. As in the case of 2 JS-type mobilities.
