Our school has been running Comenius and Erasmus projects for several years, with many successes. Not all, however, teachers could equally take advantage of the opportunities offered by participation in such projects. Foreign language teachers were mainly involved, while the rest were auxiliary. Moreover, with increasing travel opportunities for pupils, there has been a shortage of mentors for such trips. Therefore, we decided to start the teacher mobility project in order to improve the knowledge of the English language and attract a larger number of people directly involved in the implementation of the projects. We are a school in a small commune town and the attractiveness of the institution, offering a high level of education, international trips and modern teaching methods proposed by educated teachers, make the institution competitive with similar ones in the nearby poviat town.
