Thanks to the trips, the teachers gained knowledge and skills related to the subject of the course, but also the management and coordination of international projects. After returning, each participant conducted at least one open lesson observed by other teachers, which opened a discussion on changes in the school, innovations, ways of overcoming difficulties or working with a dysfunctional student. A parallel eTwinning project has been created, also people who have not participated in the courses will be able to observe on an ongoing basis how the students' work looks like and what effects they achieve, what materials they have developed. It also opened up to the culture and history of the host countries. After language and IT training, more teachers can be involved in finding partners, sharing resources, and developing new international projects. We are particularly interested in developing ideas that came from students, such as joint design of buildings with students of the partner school. E-Twinning is also used for communication in the implementation of Erasmus+ Y.E.D.C.H and PMU projects Participants conduct training for interested colleagues and plan a webinar in search of a wider audience.
The aim of the project was to introduce methods of effective teaching and strengthen the European profile of the school by developing international cooperation during the project, but also after its completion. Changing education towards valuing sustainable development is essential. We should show young people how to find ourselves in the changing reality, that's why we have to educate ourselves abroad, introduce new methods with the use of IT, because such lessons are more accessible to students. More than half of the teachers surveyed are willing to train abroad and contact teachers from foreign institutions. Analyzing students' documents, it was noticed that the number of dyslexics is increasing, and people with autistic disorders are appearing more and more often. In connection with the implementation of projects, we have guests from schools from all over Europe at school at school, who willingly observe our classes and exchange experiences. For this purpose, the selected general subjects took an English course, which overcame the fear of experimenting, e.g. by combining formal and informal education. The incoming immigrants from Ukraine create an opportunity to use their skills in a multicultural classroom.
