By implementing this project, we wanted to achieve goals such as: 1. Raising the professional qualifications of teachers by including robotics in the work plan of kindergarten and grades 1-3 primary school This method develops students' logical thinking. 2. Expanding knowledge and skills in the use of modern audiovisual aids and boards interactive. 3. Increasing the knowledge and skills of teachers in the field of educating students of citizenship, in the dimension of European 4. Raising the knowledge and competences of teachers in organizing teamwork, building correct ones relationships in a team of students, counteracting aggressive behavior, checking the effectiveness of new ones in practice ways of solving group conflicts. 5. Raising the knowledge and skills of teachers in introducing such forms and methods of work at school oblige students who will allow them to counteract school failures, encourage them to deepen their education for the further implementation of compulsory education. 6. Raising knowledge and skills about the possibility of using art, cultural expression for expression views and thoughts by students, working in lessons and extracurricular activities, e.g. theater, choir, working with children about special needs. 7. Raising the knowledge and skills in the field of introducing to classes on foreign, new and contemporary languages working methods, introducing CLIL in computer science, technology. 8. Continuous improvement of teachers in terms of knowledge, skills and qualifications of teachers, according to their own, European and school needs, including the need to learn about different regions of Europe and its culture.
We applied for this project because we wanted to raise the level of work of our institution in accordance with modern European requirements, in the field of education. We wanted to implement the project because it corresponded to the current needs of the school and its employees. The project made it possible to: a / increasing the knowledge and competences of teachers so that they become people open to the world, be able to find their place on the European educational market and learn to use its resources b / increasing the knowledge and skills of teachers to include all children in the education process, including those with special educational needs, socially maladjusted d / increasing the knowledge and competences of teachers in the use of English in practice, the ability to use modern technologies at work e / obtaining European certificates / Europass /, sharing knowledge and experience with other teachers and schools in Europe, so that they can become real guides of students in the modern world, promoters of creativity and innovation, which would enable further pro-European development of our facility. We tried to implement this project because we knew that: the experience, knowledge and skills acquired by teachers will contribute to the improvement of the quality of education and increase the educational offer of the institution, because they can be used in practice by including the school and kindergarten during lessons and extracurricular activities The methods and forms of work learned during the courses were based on modern European solutions The acquired international contacts can be further maintained - which facilitated the development of new projects and mutual cooperation of schools. We tried to implement this project because we wanted to meet the needs of the facility and further effective cooperation on the line: management, teachers, parents, and the Leading Authority. We defined the goals of the project adequately to the needs. They were established by all school employees, led by the management, and then approved at the Pedagogical Conference. They were in line with the European School Development Plan. We decided that the Erasmus Plus K1 program - created a unique opportunity to achieve the goals set by the school - because it enabled appropriate courses and provided funds for them / 100% /. Moreover, we knew from experience that the implementation of the Erasmus program at school is a patent for a new, European quality of the school.
